When she’s not managing the team, you’ll find her unwinding with her favourite hobby – knitting! Clare’s blend of professionalism and creativity makes her an invaluable part of our Pack Recruiter family.
With over 25 years of unparalleled experience in the packaging industry, Steve is an invaluable addition to our team. Specialising in the packaging technology sector, his deep expertise, infectious personality, and unwavering dedication have quickly made him a cornerstone of Pack Recruiter. As an outstanding trainer, Steve guides our newer consultants, sharing his in-depth knowledge of the market to set them up for success.
We are incredibly grateful to have Steve onboard, along with the extensive expertise and exceptional network of candidates he has brought to our company. With over 27 years of continuous recruitment experience in the packaging industry, Glenn is a true expert in his field. His unmatched knowledge and extensive network make him a go-to specialist in the printed folded cartons and corrugated packaging sectors. Having spent decades cultivating relationships, there are few in the industry he hasn’t worked with – many of whom are now friends and leaders in top-tier companies.
When he’s not connecting clients with the perfect candidates, Glenn can be found serving up aces on the tennis court or hitting the pavement on a run. His dedication, experience, and personal touch make him an invaluable member of the Pack Recruiter team.

Toby’s capability and drive are unmatched when it comes to finding the next shining star for your company. With a background in sales across multiple sectors, he has already achieved impressive milestones, including building the sales department of a brand-new company from scratch.
His expertise has quickly made him our sales specialist across all sectors, with a particular focus on the Labels, Flexibles, and Rigid Plastic Container markets. Toby has an innate understanding of what makes a salesperson excel and where to find them, as well as how to position your company to attract and retain these talented individuals. Drawing from his experience in training and building sales teams, he knows exactly what to look for in his markets and delivers exceptional results.
In his spare time, Toby channels his creativity into renovating houses and playing cricket, where he especially enjoys the legendary halftime teas! His passion, knowledge, and dedication make him an integral part of the Pack Recruiter team.
