About the Company:
As a Divisional Sales Coordinator, you will work in a Global Market Segment Business Unit, and will provide active support to the Packaging sales team in all commercial, administrative, business and operational needs, to maximise customer facing time. You will prepare regular reports, and provide insights to help the sales team make informed decisions and track progress towards goals. You will ensure customer satisfaction through internal networking with commercial teams and liaising externally with selected key functions at our customers.
Your remit will include but not limited to:
· Act as the primary internal point of contact for general queries, working with and supporting internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and service goals;
· Actively support customer activities (monthly sales turnover tracking, indexations, maintenance of product and price files, following contractual conditions, etc.);
· Prepare regular external (customer) and internal Business reviews;
· Accounts budgets, forecast and sales KPI’s and dashboards follow up, and highlight any discrepancies;
· Coordinate the execution of tenders on time in full to achieve our growth ambitions;
· Actively support or contribute to the development of sales operations best practices (KPIs) for our Sales team;
· Compile, co-ordinate and analyse customer insights information and data;
· Organise sales / customer meetings and supporting materials.
About you
· Educated to a degree level, preferably in Business or Economics;
· Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills;
· Excellent analytical skills, with high level attention to detail and accuracy;
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team-player;
· Process minded, commercially aware, curious, with a pro-active and “can-do” mentality;
· Good Influencing skills and ability to work towards deadlines and manage priorities in a multicultural environment;
· Fluent written and spoken English is a must; additional languages (ideally French and/or German) would be an advantage.
