Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base nationally. This remote role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales within the label manufacturing or packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors on a national scale.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored labeling solutions.
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design and production, to ensure client requirements are met with the highest standards.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or sales within the label manufacturing or packaging industry.
Strong understanding of flexographic and digital printing processes and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Willingness to travel nationally as required.
