We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our growing recruitment team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to match candidates with client requirements effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall business growth.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or a similar fast-paced sector.
Strong business development skills, with a track record of winning new clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident working towards sales targets.
Understanding of recruitment processes and market trends (preferred but not essential).
